SurgCenter Northeast, LLC is licensed by the state of Florida. SurgCenter Northeast, LLC was established in 2013 by a leading group of physicians in their fields to offer safe, high-quality surgical care to our community.

You will find that because the center specializes in outpatient surgery, our patients enjoy many advantages including personalized service and excellent medical care.

Our specialties include Orthopaedic, Hand Surgery, Spine Surgery, Pain Management, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, and ENT.

Services may be provided in the healthcare facility as well as by other healthcare providers who may bill the patient separately and that such health care providers may or may not participate with the same health insurers or HMO’s as the facility.

Section 1557 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act

Section 1557 is the nondiscrimination provision of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The law prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability in certain health programs or activities. Section 1557 builds on long-standing and familiar Federal civil rights laws: Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975.
